• ⅓ cup sour milk
• ½ teaspoon peppercorns
• 2 cloves
• 5 Elachi (cardomom) pods
• 5 Taj sticks
• 1 teaspoon jeeru (cumin)
• Pinch saffron
• 2 cups frozen peas
• 2 green chillies
• 3 cups rice
