Ingredients

• 18 tbsp tablespoons low-fat Greek yogurt
• 12 cups low-fat milk
• 6 garlic clove, minced (optional)
• 6 tsp teaspoons olive oil
• 12 tbsp tablespoons pumpkin seeds
• 18 lb (1 whole) pumpkin
• Salt
• 12 fresh sage leaves
• pepper
• 6 lb (about 2) onions
• 36 cups chicken stock (low-fat and low-sodium)
