Traditional Fish Pie - Georgina O'Sullivan Cooks

Ingredients

• 600g white fish, haddock or cod
• 100g smoked cod
• 500ml whole milk & 250ml cream
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 onion, chopped
• salt and black pepper
• 4 eggs, hard boiled, chopped
• 12 uncooked prawns
• 1 tablespoons capers
• 1 tablespoon, parsley, chopped
• 6 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped
• 100g butter
• 1 tablespoons chives, chopped
• 50g flour
• 50g parmesan, grated
