Pepperoni Focaccia – PS Seasoning

Ingredients

• 3 ¼ C – Water (120 degrees) 
• 3 pkg – Active dry yeast
• 3 ½ T - Sugar  
• 2 ½ LB – Bread Flour (All Purpose flour will work)
• 1 T – Kosher Salt 
• 2 T – Garlic Salt 
• 1 T – Onion Powder 
• 1 T – Garlic Powder 
• ½ C – EVOO 
• ¾ C – Grated Parmesan 
• 1 ½ C – Pepperoni, Diced 
• 1 C – Sundried Tomatoes, chopped 
• 2 T – Good Fella Grind
