- 1/2 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
- 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie spice
- 1 pinch Salt or Sea Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract or a little more to taste
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Flour
- 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- Cooking Spray Pam or similar
- Equipment needed
