• 1 cup Guinness or other stout beer
• 1 cup Kerrygold Unsalted Butter
• 2 eggs, at room temperature
• ¾ cup sour cream
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1½ cups granulated sugar
• ¾ cup cocoa powder
• 1½ teaspoons baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate (good quality)
• ¾ cup heavy cream
• 2 tablespoons Kerrygold Salted Butter
• 2 teaspoons Irish whiskey
• 1 cup cream cheese, softened
• 5 cups powdered sugar
• 7 tablespoons Kerrygold Irish Cream Liqueur (ICL)
