Ingredients
- 8 white asparagus
- 6 slices of ham
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise (not pictured, but we've used homemade mayonnaise)
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- few drops of lemon juice
- Knob of butter
- pepper and salt to taste
