This white asparagus and egg tart makes a great lunch. A truly springtime dish, with white asparagus, egg and ham.
Ingredients
- 1 large sheet of puff pastry
- 10 white asparagus spears
- 2 slices of cooked ham
- 3 eggs
- 1 small leek
- 3 tablespoons crème fraîche
- pepper and salt to taste
- pinch of nutmeg
- finely grated Grana Padano
- optional: parsley or chives
