Ingredients

• 2 onions (peeled and chopped)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 garlic clove (peeled and crushed)
• 90 grams mushrooms (sliced)
• 1 tsp dried mixed herbs
• 400 grams chopped tomatoes
• 300 ml hot beef stock
• 1 tbsp tomato purée
• 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
• 400 grams spaghetti
• fresh parmesan (grated)
