• Juice of Four Lemons
• 2-3 Pounds Uncooked Shrimp, peels and tails intact
• 1 t cayenne pepper
• 1 t freshly ground black pepper
• 1/2 t kosher salt
• 1/2 t crushed red pepper
• 1/2 t dried thyme
• Good French or Italian Bread for Soaking up the Sauce
