Pot Roast - Grove Farm

Ingredients

• 2-3 lbs pot roast
• 2 packets Lipton Onion soup mix
• 2 cans cream of cream of mushroom soup
• 1 lb carrots, peeled and cut, or use baby carrots
• 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and cut in quarters, or halves, or use baby potatoes
• 1/2 stalk celery, cut in pieces
• 2 onions, cut in quarters
