Mini Lemon Drop Cakes - Eat it or go Hungry

Ingredients

• For the mini cakes:
• 1 cup all-purpose flour;
• 1 cup sugar;
• ½ tsp salt;
• ½ tsp baking soda;
• ½ cup butter;
• ½ cup water;
• ¼ cup sour cream;
• 1 egg;
• 1 tbsp lemon zest;
• 1 tbsp lemon juice.
• For the glaze:
• 1 ½ cup powdered sugar;
• 2 tbsp lemon juice;
• 2 tbsp milk;
• 1 tsp lemon zest;
• 1 tbsp butter, melted.
