• 7-8 oz (about 1 1/2 cup) Ham
• 3 cups Chicken broth
• 2 cups Milk
• 3 medium or 2 large Potato
• 1/2 stick Unsalted butter
• 1/3 cup All-Purpose flour
• 1/4 cup Frozen corn
• 1 medium Yellow onion
• 1 stalk Celery
• 3 cloves Garlic
• 1 1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
• 1/2 tsp. Dried Thyme
• 1/4 tsp. Ground black pepper
• a handful Parsley
