Ingredients

• ½ cup (125 mL) GAY LEA - Organic Unsalted, room temperature
• 2 ¼ cup (550 mL) all purpose flour
• ¾ tsp (3 mL) baking soda
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) ginger
• 2 tsp (10 mL) cinnamon
• 1 tsp (5 mL) cloves
• ⅔ cup (150 mL) brown sugar, packed
• 1 egg
• ¼ cup (50 mL) molasses
• 1 egg white
• ¼ tsp (1 mL) cream of tartar
• 1 ½ cups (375 mL) icing sugar, sifted
