Ingredients

• 2 tbsp brown sugar 30 mL
• 2 tbsp Sensations by Compliments Spirited Mickie Craft Beer Chipotle 30 mL
• BBQ sauce
• 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar 30 mL
• 1 tbsp tomato paste 15 mL
• 2 tsp creole or Cajun seasoning 10 mL
• 4 skinless fillet pieces halibut, other white fish or salmon (5 oz/150 g each)
• 2 tbsp canola oil 30 mL
• 1/2 cup Compliments potato chips, crushed (salt & vinegar, barbecue or all dressed flavour) 125 mL
