• 2 Packs of Scotty Brand Lentil Soup Mixes (comprised of 1kg mixed vegetables - carrot, swede, leek, onion + 60g lentils)
• Olive oil
• 1 tbsp garam masala
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp sea salt
• 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
• 175 potato - grated (unpeeled weight)
• 2 vegetable stock cubes
• 1.2L water
• 150ml double cream
