Who doesn’t love Fondue?! We do! I have tried numerous fondue recipes over the years and this by far has been our favorite cheese fondue recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove, peeled and halved
- Generous 1 3/4 cups dry white wine
- 5 Tbsp brandy
- 14 oz. Gruyere cheese, grated
- 7 oz. Emmental (or Swiss) cheese, grated
- 3 1/2 oz. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
- Salt and Pepper to taste
