- bacon lardons unsmoked: 250 g

- apple peeled and grated: 2 pcs
- garlic cloves finely chopped: 5-6 pcs
- Lard: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper: a pinch
- marjoram: 1/2 teaspoon
