Pasta Salad with Salametti Calabrese | Fantino & Mondello

Ingredients

• 250g (approximately 2 ½ cups or 375 ml) dry farfalle pasta
• 2 coloured peppers
• 100 g (1/2 200 g bag) thin-sliced Fantino & Mondello Salametti Calabrese
• 1 medium onion
• 1 clove garlic
• 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
• 2 teaspoons (10 ml) ground fennel seeds
• 3 tablespoons (45 ml) fresh tarragon
• Salt and pepper to taste
