Ingredients: 1 C whole milk, warmed (but not hot or you’ll kill your yeast!); 2 1/2 t active dry yeast; 1/3 C caster sugar; 1/3 C cultured butter, melted; 1/4 C cultured whole buttermilk; 1 egg; 4 C unbleached bread flour (plus 2 T); 1 t salt; Apple Cinnamon Filling:; 5 apples, cored + chopped (I used Granny Smith + Honeycrisp); 1/2 lemon, juiced; 3 T cultured butter; 1 T ground cinnamon; 1/4 C caster sugar; 1/4 C apple cider vinegar; Drizzle: 1 C Southern Caramel Salted Caramel Sauce (or caramel sauce of your choice)

3 T cultured butter
1 T ground cinnamon
1/4 C caster sugar
1/4 C apple cider vinegar
Drizzle: 1 C Southern Caramel Salted Caramel Sauce (or caramel sauce of your choice)
