Cleve's Carrot Cake Recipe

Ingredients

• Cake:
• 4 eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 cups flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 1/2 cups shortening
• 3 cups grated carrots
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• Icing:
• 1 8 oz pack cream cheese
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1 box powdered sugar
• 1 stick butter
• dash of salt
