Pumpkin Pie - CSA|365

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
• 1/3 cup white sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
• 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• dash of ground cloves
• 2 cups of sugar pumpkin puree (A little over is fine)
• 1 1/2 cups heavy cream or 1 12 oz. can of evaporated milk
• One Pie Crust, pre-made or homemade or from scratch, depending on time constraints.
