Choc Peppermint Trifle
A sensational centrepiece for any festive table. Chocolate cake and Original Raspberry jelly with just a hint of peppermint, all topped off with fresh raspberries, cream and candy canes.
Ingredients
- 1 x 85 g packet Aeroplane Original Raspberry Flavour Jelly
- 3 x 65 g Aeroplane Creamy Chocolate Mousse Mix
- 2 teaspoons peppermint essence
- 2 cups (500 mL) milk
- 1 x store bought chocolate cake (approx. 500g), cut into 2cm cubes
- 1 x 300 mL cream
- 500 g fresh or thawed frozen raspberries
- 8 candy canes for decoration
