It’s a jelly slice and trifle mash up that will become the new classic
Ingredients
- 2 x 85 g packet Aeroplane Original Strawberry Flavour Jell
- 1 x 340 g vanilla cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 60 g butter, room remp
- ⅔ cup (160 mL) milk
- ⅓ cup (80 mL) boiling water
- 1 tbsp gelatine powder
- 1 cup (250 mL) thickened cream
- 2 cups (500 mL) extra thick custard
- 1 x 250 g punnet strawberries, quartered
- 1 x 125 g punnet raspberries
