Ingredients

• 3 cups flour
• 2 cups granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup dark unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 2 tsp. instant coffee powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 3/4 cup vegetable oil
• 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
• 2 cups water
• 2 TB plain vinegar
• 1 Jar Marshmallow Fluff (7oz)
• 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract (clear is best)
• 3-4 cups powdered sugar
• 4 TB softened butter
• 1/2 cup vegetable shortening
• About 30-36 mini Oreo cookies
• Gummy worms and/or spiders
• Candy bones and/or eyeballs
• Black decorator gel or glitter
