• 6 Tbsp. butter, chilled and cut into chunks
• 1 large egg
• ¾ cup whole milk
• 1 cup milk chocolate chips
• ¼ cup passion fruit pulp and seeds (from 2-3 passion fruits)
• ¾ cup powdered sugar
• 2 drops yellow food coloring, optional
