Chocolate Chip Scones

Ingredients

• 2 cups of all-purpose flour
• 1/3 cup of white sugar
• 1 tablespoon of baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon of salt
• 1/2 cup of chilled butter
• 1 large egg
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• 1 cup of heavy cream
• 1 cup of mini chocolate chips
• 2 tablespoons of heavy cream (for brushing)
• 1 cup of powdered sugar
• 2 tablespoons of milk
