• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 tsp ground cumin
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp ground sage
• 1/8 tsp allspice
• 1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper
• 1 cup pumpkin seeds, toasted
• Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
