Classic Apple Pie Gelson's

Ingredients

• 2 lb sweet apples, such as Honeycrisp, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
• 2 lb tart apples, such as Granny Smith, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice
• ⅓ cup granulated sugar
• ⅓ cup brown sugar
• 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
• ¼ tsp nutmeg
• ¼ tsp kosher salt
• ⅛ tsp ground ginger
• 3 Tbsp cornstarch
