• 4 ounces, weight Cinnamon Red Hots
• ½ cups Water
• ¾ cups Sugar
• 1 Tablespoon All-purpose Flour
• 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
• 1 Tablespoon Butter
• 1 Tablespoon Cream
• 2 teaspoons Sanding Sugar
