• chopped onion
• 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
• ½ tsp ground white pepper
• ½ tsp salt
• 2 stalks spring onion, finely sliced
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 tbsp flour
• 2 tbsp oil
• 200g PREGO® Macaroni, cooked according to packet instructions and drained
• 2 cans (290g) PREGO® Cheese & Herbs Pasta Sauce
• 290ml hot water
• ¾ cup (100g) grated cheddar cheese (for topping)
• 1 slice stale bread, crumbled
• 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
