• 2 pounds asparagus, ends cut off and diagonally sliced
• 6 tablespoons water
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 2 tablespoons rice flour
• 4 green onions, diagonally sliced
• 5 cloves garlic, chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1/2 lemon, juiced
