Cheesy Zucchini Swirl Lasagna

Ingredients

• 1 cup full-fat Ricotta Cheese
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 cups of diced tomatoes
• 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 cup of shredded zucchini (from about 1 medium zucchini)
• 1 teaspoon of dried basil
• 14 lasagna noodles
• 1 cup shredded Italian 4-cheese blend
• 2 whole eggs
• 1 package (8-ounce) Cream Cheese
• 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
• 2 cloves of garlic, minced
