Ingredients

• 350 g of beetroot
• 0.5 litre of water
• 1 tsp of salt
• 2 bay leaves
• 3 grains of allspice
• 4 peppercorns
• 2 tbsp of sugar
• 4 tbsp of wine or apple cider vinegar
• 3 tbsp of mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp of mustard (e.g. French)
• 2 tbsp Kikkoman Ponzu Citrus Seasoned Soy Sauce - Lemon
• 100 g of green peas
• 6 eggs
• Radish sprouts
