• 250 g 5% fat chicken mince
• 1 Small white onion
• 30 ml Hoisin sauce
• 15 ml Light soy sauce
• 7.5 ml Dark soy sauce
• 1 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
• 1 tsp Chopped garlic
• 1 tsp Chopped ginger
• 8 Lettuce leaves
• 1 tsp Sesame seeds
• 2 Spring onion
• 1 tbsp Sriracha mayo
• 1 tbsp Hot water
