Ingredients

• 1 cup chopped carrots (about 3 medium)
• 1 cup chopped red bell peppers (about 1 pepper)
• 1 cup chopped hot peppers (about 2 peppers)
• 1 cup chopped apple (about 1 small apple)
• 2 cups chopped cauliflower
• 2 Tbsp kosher salt
• 4 cloves garlic, chopped
• 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
• 2 Tbsp Pickling Starter
• 1 ½ cups white distilled vinegar
• ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
