• 4 large Green onions (thinly sliced crosswise)
• 1/2 Large Red bell peppers (diced)
• 2 Tbsp Water
• 4 Ounces Reduced fat monterey jack cheese (grated)
• 12 tortilla, medium (approx 6 inch dia)
• 1/2 cup Reduced fat sour cream
