• 1 cup vegetable stock
• 1 cup double cream
• 1 tbsp mixed herbs
• 1 tbsp basil
• 500 g rigatoni pasta
• 100 ml water
• 1 handful spinach
• 1 handful parmesan cheese
• 1 handful fresh basil or parsley
