Celebrate Easter with this vegan version of the traditional Italian dove cake! You will need a pre-formed paper dove cake mold for this recipe. Makes one cake (see picture).

- 1 teaspoon Granulated Sugar

- 60 milliliter Coconut Oil
- 1 Orange
- 2 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste
- 1 cup Candied Orange Peel
- 100 gram Dark Chocolate
- 50 gram Almonds
- 50 gram Granulated Sugar
- 40 gram Egg
