Sorrel and Goat Cheese Quiche | Recipe Binder
I got a bag of sorrel from the farm and found this recipe from JamieOliver.com, but I altered it a bit, as I usually do. It’s in the oven right now and smells awesome.
Ingredients
- 2-3 cups sorrel (or spinach), coarsely chopped
- a few scallions (or chives), chopped
- 3-4 ounces goat cheese (or more if you like goat cheese)
- 3 eggs
- 1½ cups milk
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Parmesan cheese
