Ingredients

• 1 ½ cups all purpose flour
• ⅔ cup sugar
• ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
• ½ tbsp baking powder
• ¼ tsp salt
• 4 oz. butter, melted
• room temperature butter to grease dish
• ½ tsp vanilla
• 16 oz half and half
• ½ cup sugar
• ½ oz cornstarch
• ¼ tsp cinnamon
• ½ tsp salt
• 2 eggs
• 1 ½ apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced into half moons
• ½ cup fresh cranberries
• ¼ cup of sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• ½ cup sour cream
• 1 egg yolk
