Award Winning Spicy Noodle Soup  - foodsofjane

Ingredients

• 8 cups of chicken broth
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon of Asian chili powder
• 1/4 cup Sriracha hot sauce
• 1/4 cup of tomato sauce
• 2 tablespoons of chili oil
• 1/4 cup chopped scallions
• 1 cup of mushrooms (dried or fresh, chopped or not)
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tablespoon of salt
• 1/2 lb (about one bag) of korean glass noodles
