Red & Green Chutney recipe by Sumayah

Ingredients

• Green Chutney
• 2 bunches of fresh Limrie leaves
• 2 tablespoons tal (sesame seeds)
• 3 tablespoons sp sugar
• 3 tablespoons sp mustardsp tomato pwdr
• 3 tablespoons crushed garlic
• 3 tablespoons sp coconut
• Green colouring (according to how light or dark u want it)
• 5/10 green chillies (depends how strong u want it)
• 2 tablespoons salt
• 2 tablespoons dry dhana and jeeroo
• 1 Bottle gerkins
• Half cup vinegar
• 1 x 750ml all gold tomato sauce
• 1 x Maggie chillie sauce
• 1 x mrs ball green lid
• 1 full teaspoon mustard seeds
• Few curry leaves chopped fine
• 3 garlic chopped fine
