Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1/2 cup packed brown sugar (I like dark best)
• 1 package (3.4 oz) INSTANT butterscotch pudding mix
• 1 egg
• 1-1/2 cups flour
• 1-1/2 tsp ground ginger
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 4-5 TB heavy cream………………………………………..1 cup powdered sugar
• 1/4 tsp. strawberry extract
