Ingredients

• 1 cup of frozen pink shrimp
• 3 taco tortillas
• 1/2 an avocado chopped into small chunks
• 1/2 cup of mixed lettuce
• 1 small carrot shredded
• 1 small tomatoes chopped into small pieces
• 1 tsp of lemon pepper
• 1 tsp of garlic powder
• Mint yogurt sauce (Greek yogurt, olive oil, fresh mint salt and pepper)
• Fresh lime juice
• Fresh parsley
• Olive oil
