Crock-Pot Kielbasa and Cabbage Soup - Simple Seasonal
This quick and easy crock-pot kielbasa and cabbage soup combines a medley of late winter veggies perfectly spiced with yummy Polska kielbasa.
Ingredients
- 12 oz Polska Kielbasa (uncured if you can find it)
- 5 C roughly chopped cabbage
- 2/3 C diced carrots
- 2/3 C diced sweet onion
- 2/3 C diced rutabaga
- 2/3 C diced turnip
- 1/2 C diced potato
- 1/2 C diced fennel
- 1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp dry thyme
- 1/2 tsp dry rosemary
- 6 C low sodium chicken broth
- salt and pepper to taste
- parmesan for garnish (optional)
