$1000 Sundae - Pankobunny

Ingredients

• ½ pint vanilla ice cream
• ½ pint chocolate ice cream
• Homemade cream puffs
• ¼ cup cornstarch
• ½ cup heavy cream
• 1 cup champagne (we used Dom Perignon)
• ½ cup + 2 tbsp sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 4 large egg yolks
• ¼ cup unsalted butter
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ¼ cup confectioner’s sugar
• 5 chocolate chip cookies
• 5 sheets edible gold leaf
• 1 cup brownies (recipe here)
• 1 cup chocolate chip cookies (crushed)
• 1 cup granola
• 2 sheets edible gold leaf
• ½ cup white candy melts (melted)
• ½ cup chocolate chips
• ½ tbsp liquid coconut oil
• 4-5 macarons (recipe here)
