• tomato sauce - 2 - 3 tbsp.
• olive oil - 4 tbsp (60 ml)
• salt - by taste

• black pepper - 4 - 5 grains
• apple cider vinegar - 1/5 cup (70 ml)
• white wine - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
• water - 1/2 cup (120 ml)
