Creamy Sausage and Tortellini - Rachel Tritsch
This creamy sausage and tortellini is a great weeknight meal since it takes 30 minutes and is a big hit in my home.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground sausage
- 1 package of fresh cheese tortellini
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 2 cups shredded cheese ( I use a mix of mozzarella, parmesan and white cheddar)
- Garnish: dried parsley
