Chicken Tikka Salad Recipe

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
• salt to taste
• 1/2 teaspoon pure red chile powder
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1/2 -inch piece fresh ginger
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 3/4 teaspoon chaat masala
• 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
• 2 good pinches dry fenugreek leaves
• 3/4 teaspoon garam masala
• 1/2 teaspoon white wine vinegar
• 1- 1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 very small garlic clove
• 2 tablspoons pistachios
• 2 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• 1 small pinch sugar
• 2 boneless chicken breasts
• 1 tablespoon melted butter or vegetable oil
• 6 ounces mixed salad leaves
• small handful fresh mint leaves
• 20 pistachios
• 8-10 cherry tomatoes
• small handful thin green beans
